Ann built her career across legal practice, gender justice, human-rights advocacy, governance and institutional reform. Her public-interest work has included advancing protection for women, supporting legal reform and helping communities use voice and law as tools of accountability.

Her leadership has received international recognition, including the U.S. Department of State’s International Woman of Courage Award in 2010 and recognition as a Senior Ashoka Fellow. She has contributed to boards, civic initiatives and organisations working across finance, women’s empowerment, community development and social change.
